How to complain
If you believe that your personal data has been processed unlawfully and that your human right to private life has been violated, you have the right to complain.
Your personal data collection and storage in databases and registers, as well as its subsequent use indisputably interferes with your right to control the use of your private information and thus your right to privacy. If you consider your data is being processed in unlawfully you can challenge decisions and/or actions taken by the public authority or private person who operates the particular database or register.
