You should contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre if you have faced unfair contract terms, misleading advertising (including discriminatory advertising), unfair commercial practices or unfair advertising. You should submit your complaint via e-mail ptac@ptac.gov.lv or by filling in a complaint form.
