You have the right to complain if the other parent has removed your child to, or from, Latvia and you believe that a court’s decisions taken within the return procedure of your child, such as a refusal to return the child to the state of his/her previous residence, including Latvia, or a refusal to submit a request to return the child to the state of his/her previous residence, including Latvia, are unlawful and thus have violated your right to a private and family life.
