You have right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to your personal data. You may submit your request to the relevant data controller in your chosen form: in writing, by electronic means or orally.

All data controllers regardless their status as a public authority or a private individual or entity should reply to your request without undue delay within one month of its receipt. That period may be extended by two further months, taking into account its complexity.

If a public authority or private person fully or partly rejects the claim for access to your personal data or does not act upon your request, you have a right to complain about this decision or the lack of action.

Fees

You should be provided with copies of your processed personal data free of charge. However, data user may require you to cover the fees necessary to make additional copies of your personal data. Such fees should not exceed the expenses incurred to collect and copy your personal data.
