How to complain
If you believe that your employer has processed your personal data unlawfully and that your human right to private life has been violated, you have the right to complain.
The collection and processing of your personal data by your employer indisputably limits your right to private life. If you have not consented to the actions taken and/or if you consider that your data is being processed in an unlawful or disproportionate manner, you can challenge the actions taken by your employer.
